This tool kit includes the following SLP tools to safely remove and install the spider jam nut and spider assembly on Polaris 900 & 1000 UTV models for spider assembly and idler bearing service once the primary clutch has been removed from the machine:
Drive Clutch Taper Holding Tool: (used in a vise to hold primary clutch stationary for servicing)
Drive Clutch Spider Assembly Jam Nut Tool: (removes/installs tower/lock nut above spider assembly)
Jam Nut Alignment Adapter: (aligns jam nut tool with tower/lock nut for easier removal/installation)
Drive Clutch Spider Assembly Tool: (removes/installs spider assembly)
Note: A drive clutch removal kit SLP 20-315 is required to pull the primary clutch off the tapered crankshaft before these tools can be used to break down the primary clutch. It will also need to be used to remove the primary clutch from the taper holding tool once service has been completed.
Will NOT fit 2024 RZR XP/XP4 1000 models. Refer to SLP #20-323.
